Notice of Annual General Meeting 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Caboolture Sports Softball Association Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday the 28th of September 2025 commencing at 10:30am in the Bronze Room of Sports Central Caboolture, Cnr of Hasking St & Beerburrum Rd, Caboolture.
Business to be conducted at the AGM includes:
To confirm the minutes of the previous AGM
1. Receive President’s Report
2. Receive the audited financial statements of the club
3. Election of Office Bearers (all positions will be declared vacant)
– President
– Vice President
– Secretary
– Treasurer
– Registrar
4. Other Business
If you wish to request any other business to be added to the agenda, these must be submitted in writing no later than 7 business days prior to the AGM (21st of September 2025). There will be no business taken from the floor. Submissions can be made via email to [email protected] or handed in to the CSSA office.
Copies of committee member nomination forms and proxy forms can be downloaded from the CSSA website (https://caboolturesoftball.com.au) or collect a hard copy from the CSSA office.
